RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY
Returnable Items:

  • Apparel: Coats, pants, shirts (within 30 days of delivery)
  • Conditions: Unworn, tags attached, original packaging
  • Proof: Delivery confirmation required

Non-Returnable:

  • Underwear & swimwear (health regulations)
  • Customized items (monogrammed/personalized)
  • Final sale items (marked during purchase)
  • Accessories unless defective

Defective Items:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Email clear photos to support@gacaro.ai
  • Include order number in subject line

2. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Authorization

  • Email request to: support@gacaro.ai
  • Include:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Authorization sent within 48hr

Step 2: Packaging

  • Use original branded packaging
  • Include completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Do not use original shipping label

3. REFUNDS
Processing:

  • 3-7 business days after warehouse scan
  • Original payment method only
  • Exceptions:
  • Wallet credits processed in 24hr
  • Gift cards issued immediately

Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs
  • 15% restocking fee for bulk returns (5+ items)
  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)

4. EXCHANGES
Policy:

  • Size/color swaps only for identical items
  • Must be in stock
  • Pre-authorization required via email

Process:

  1. Contact support@gacaro.ai with request
  2. Return original item per Section 2
  3. New item ships after return received
  4. Price differences: Charged/refunded via original payment

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • 24-Hour Window: Full refund if canceled pre-shipment
  • Shipped Orders: Refused at delivery (return fees apply)
  • Custom Orders: Non-cancelable after production starts

6. SPECIAL CASES
Damaged in Transit:

  • File claim with carrier immediately
  • Email photos to support@gacaro.ai
  • Replacement shipped within 48hr

Wrong Item Received:

  • Report within 72hr
  • Free return shipping label provided
  • Correct item expedited

7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Duties/VAT non-refundable
  • Use prepaid return label ($9.99 deduction)
  • Allow 4-6 weeks for processing
